BTB Logistics is honored to have Del Fercho on our team

Del is part of an internship program we got invited in for.

The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences.

Del has been serving in the Air Force and will have completed 10 years of service once he has completed the DOD SkillBridge Program.

We asked Del what are the greatest memories he has in serving our Country?  “I think the best memories for anyone that has served is the time with lifelong friends and family you make along the way. You leave your family back at your hometown.  Everyone serving has been in the same uncomfortable situation. It doesn’t matter who you are or the background you came from, you are now a part of the family. Like the environment you all are creating here at BTB.

Del also shared with us what he is most looking forward to with this program?  ” I am looking forward to the experience, knowledge, and tools BTB will supply me with to succeed while completely immersing myself into a new industry I know little about.
